5Z Consulting provides an AI-powered business intelligence platform that connects to business data sources, analyzes financial, sales and operational data, delivers actionable recommendations, and offers expert-guided analysis and implementation support at the 5Z Advisory tier. You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to use the Service. To access the platform, you must create an account, provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify support@5zconsulting.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5Z Consulting provides an AI-powered business intelligence platform that connects to business data sources, analyzes financial, sales and operational data, delivers actionable recommendations, and offers expert-guided analysis and implementation support at the 5Z Advisory tier. The free 5Z Insight plan provides limited functionality as described on the Pricing page. 5Z Insight+ is billed monthly at the rate displayed at purchase and authorizes recurring charges. Billing occurs at the start of each period, fees are non-refundable except as required by law, failure to pay may result in suspension or termination, and prices may change with 30 days’ notice. 5Z Advisory pricing is agreed during onboarding and may be governed by a separate Statement of Work. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we are required by law to collect them.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from account settings, with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse or illegal activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, access ends and data will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

You grant 5Z Consulting a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process Your Data solely to provide the Service. AI-generated analysis, reports and recommendations are for informational and decision-support purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, accounting or professional advice. All business decisions remain yours.

We claim no intellectual property rights over Your Data or outputs generated from it. Feedback may be used to improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5Z Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Total cumulative liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100. You agree to indemnify 5Z Consulting from claims arising from your use of the Service, breach of Terms, or violation of third-party rights or law. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, with disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except for injunctive relief.
