How do I get started?
Click "Run a Free Scan" on our homepage. The process takes less than 15 minutes. No credit card required.

What data do I need to connect?
For the free scan, you can connect up to 5 data sources — typically your accounting software, CRM, or operational tools. The more data you connect, the deeper the analysis.

What systems does 5Z integrate with?
We support all major accounting platforms, CRMs, POS systems, and operational tools. During onboarding we'll confirm your specific integrations. If you use something unusual, contact us and we'll check compatibility.

How long does the first scan take?
Setup takes under 15 minutes. Once your data is connected, the AI runs its full analysis automatically. You'll receive your results shortly after.

What does 5Z actually analyze?

Are the recommendations verified by humans?
Yes. On the 5Z_Advisory plan, our experts review, validate, and prioritize findings before you act on them. On free and 5Z_Agent+ plans, the AI generates the recommendations and you can flag whether they were useful — helping us continuously improve accuracy.

How accurate are the AI recommendations?
Accuracy improves over time as the AI learns your business context and you provide feedback. We built a feedback loop directly into the product — if a recommendation misses the mark, tell us why, and it sharpens the model.

What's included in the free plan?
The free 5Z_Agent scan includes automated deep analysis, AI-driven reports, connection of up to 5 data sources, your top 3 AI-generated opportunities, and 1 scan per month.

What does 5Z_Agent+ add?
At $499/month, 5Z_Agent+ adds ongoing analyses (not just monthly), full recommendation history, outcome tracking, and alerts for new anomalies. Human review and additional features are coming soon.

What is 5Z_Advisory?
5Z_Advisory is our hands-on, expert-guided tier for businesses that want help implementing changes — not just identifying them. It includes everything in 5Z_Agent+ plus quarterly reviews, expert-guided insights, and full implementation support. Pricing is customized. Contact us to discuss.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from within your account. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Is there a contract or commitment?
5Z_Agent+ is month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. 5Z_Advisory terms are discussed during onboarding.

Data & Security

Is my business data safe?
Yes. Data security is a core part of how we operate. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We never sell your data, and access is strictly controlled.

Who can see my data?

Can I delete my data?
